Blue Rose House Rules

Here at Blue Rose Cottage, our aim is to ensure that you and future guests have as comfortable
a stay as you possibly can. But to do so, we would really appreciate if you could follow the
below house rules. Yes, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests
with a great experience.
The house has a maximum occupancy of 6 and you will have the entire house to yourself and
your party.

1. Smoking in the accommodation is not allowed, an ashtray is available outside the
   accommodation should you wish to smoke.
2. No parties or events are allowed: the maximum number of persons using the
   accommodation at any time must not exceed 6 and only those listed on the booking
   form can occupy the property. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without
   notice and without a refund in case of a breach of this condition.
3. Please wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving.
4. The dishwasher and dustbin should be emptied before departure.
5. Please ensure the fridge is clean and empty when you depart.
6. Pleased ensure that indoor furniture must remain indoors
7. High energy consuming equipment such as tanning beds/heaters are not allowed
8. Noise: This is a detached property at the end of a street. We would appreciate if you
   could be respectful to the neighbours in this regard. No loud noise after 2200hrs
9. Candles are not allowed inside the house
10. Pets: by arrangement, we allow a maximum of two, small to medium-sized, house-trained dogs are welcome. Pets are allowed downstairs only. There is a charge of £35.00 per pet.
11. Check in: 1530hrs – 2330hrs
    Check out: 1100hrs. We do charge late check-in and late check-out fees.
12. Parking: there is on-street parking (which is first come first serve) and a bigger free
    municipal parking available on the 2nd left turn west bound less than 100 yards past the
    property (turn left on Tramway Way)
13. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities
    will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY
    IMMEDIATELY.
14. WiFi: we have excellent WiFi throughout the property. The code is located on the router.
15. In making a booking you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage caused by you,
    pets, or any member of your party and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss that we
    may incur as a result. If you break anything please do us the courtesy of notifying us.
16. Security Deposit: We do not charge an upfront security deposit however if there are any
    damages caused, these will be charged against your card and you will be notified within
    14 days of check out.
17. Please do not wear shoes in rooms where it is carpeted.
18. Please lock the doors and close the windows when you leave the property unoccupied.
19. Please make sure you switch off lights, heating, or any electrical appliance when you go
    out.
20. The owner reserves the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if you
    leave the property in an unacceptable condition.
21. No compensation will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, gas, water,
    internet connection or television service.
22. Barbecue: please use the designated area and clean the barbecue after use.
23. We reserve the right to make reasonable amendments or additions to these rules
    without notice.
